Raj Patel is a Toronto based urban designer. Raj has a Master of Urban Design degree from the University of Toronto. Over the span of Raj's career, he has worked with various renowned urban design firms in Toronto as a project manager. As the Principal of DDA, Raj is responsible for the daily operations of the company at every facet. In parallel to Design Development Associates, he directs Veduta Design and assists design offices in North America and the UK with international projects. Raj strongly believes that "Being on par in terms of price and quality only gets you into the game. Service wins the game". The necessity of understanding a clients needs has fostered a results-oriented, problem-solving atmosphere within the walls of DDA's offices. 

Craig Riddock has had a long and varied career that began with a solid foundation in fine arts at Emily Carr College of Art and Design where he studied 3d animation and modeling with the earliest versions of 3D Studio and Photoshop. Directly out of school, Craig began working on 3D animations of some of Vancouver’s biggest condo developments. Craig has leveraged his skills in Photoshop and 3D Studio Max in many areas of the industry for 22 years including marketing and communications firms, educational publishers and architectural offices. Craig is presently acting in two roles at DDA, as marketing manager and as Studio Director. 

Nidhi Bhanvadiya earned her MBA with specialization in the Human Resource Management. As a senior marketing associate, she is in-charge of Australia office and most of her daily tasks centre around letting people know who we are and what we do. Her straight forward and results-oriented approach have helped DDA's expansion in Australia.

Michael Quinn earned his Bachelor of Art at the University of Toronto. During his studies, Michael acquired a particular interest in interactive technology, animation and urban design. At DDA, as a project manager, Michael is responsible for the technical side with a strong focus on the detailing. Whether at studio or at home, you'll find him pushing the envelope of innovation
